The essence of exam in school is to test if all that have been taught were understood therefore, a child is promoted after passing the session exam satisfactorily and if otherwise, the child is made to repeat or retake the class. This is the same experience in the school life. When you write business, relationship or career exam and fail, do not quit, do not drop out but rather encourage yourself repeat the process again but with a better and deliberate preparation that will ensure your success.
Do not carry idle idea around, it does not generate any cash flow but rather turn such idea into value adding venture and money will follow value like magnet. Having studied lives of hundreds of most successful men of history, I have come to realization that idea holds no value until turned into product or services that adds value to someone in the society. Secondly, the pursuit of the value that idea holds might be greeted by failure but the difference between the greatest people and the wimp is that a great man considers the failure as experience while the other guy quit.
J.K. Rowling was sacked from Amnesty International while writing Harry Porter but she continued to write anyway until she has become a spectacle to the literary world as the first career author to become a billionaire. Thomas Edison lost his job with Western Union after spilling acid on the floor but he wont stop experimenting until incandescent lamp was illuminated. Abraham Lincoln lost 8 elections but went forward to become an incredibly revered and highly immortalized President of the United States of America. Jason Njoku made 10 failed attempts to start and grow business but the 11th is IrokoTv that is now the Netflix of Africa, even Bill Gates had a failed business before he created Microsoft with Paul Allen that has become a good to great corporation and many more examples of success that had failures at its background.
When failure greets your efforts, shrug it off and start again being resolute in that you can fail, you can fall but will not quit until you win.
